What is a U3 smart drive?
A U3 smart drive is a USB flash drive that allows you to install and run U3 smart applications from the U3 smart drive itself. When you use a drive in this manner, you can take your applications with you and run them on any Win2K, XP computer, and Vista Computer. Now, not only can you use the U3 smart drive for carrying your files but you can also carry your applications with your personalized settings as well. There is an application included on every U3 smart drive called the U3 Launchpad and it's your console for managing all applications installed on your U3 smart drive. - Find the game you wish to download to your Flash Drive.
- Click Download.
- Enter your email address and click Submit.
- Save the .exe file to your desktop and Run the application.
- The U3 Add Program Wizard will begin, click next and follow the steps to install your game.
Once you've installed your game you can remove the initial ".exe" file you downloaded to your recycle bin.
- The game will now appear in your U3 Smart Programs list.
- Click on the game title to begin playing.
How do I create an Account?
In order to purchase games for your U3 smart drive, you'll need to create a free Big Fish Games account. By having an account, we'll keep track of all your purchases in your Purchase History page. This way if you ever need to re-install a game to your U3 drive, you can easily access your License Name and Key Code.Getting started
- Click Sign In.
- Click "Create Account."
- Enter your e-mail address and choose a password.
My e-mail address is already in use, now what?
You've previously created an account with our site. Even if you canceled a membership service, your e-mail address is still registered with our site. Under "Already a Member?" select "forgot password" and we'll send you a new password.
Step 1: Create Account
- Enter your name and create a username.
The username is already in use.
If your username is already in use, you'll need to choose a different name; you can make a username more unique by adding numbers at the end.
Step 2: Confirm Info
- Double check your information, click "Next" if everything is correct or "Edit" to make any changes.
Step 3: Activate Account
You'll be sent an e-mail from Big Fish Games titled "Activate your Big Fish Games Account." Select the URL in the e-mail to be redirect back to our page and activate your account.How do I Purchase and Activate a game?
Our games are sold as downloadable products. In order to make a purchase on our site, you need to have an account. For additional information please refer to the How to create an account? section.- Find the game you wish to purchase and click "Buy Now." You can also click the "Buy Now" option from the trial version of the game.
- Sign In if you haven't or Create an Account.
- You'll presented with 4 choices, you can sign up for a Game Club Membership or buy your game at full price.
- Once you've made your selection, click "Continue."
- Go through the Shopping Cart process to complete your order.
Order Confirmation
Once you've purchased your game an Order Confirmation will be emailed to you. This email will include a receipt for your purchase and your License Name and License Key Code.- Download and install the trial version of your game.
- From the trial version, click Activate.
- Enter your License Name and License Key Code.
- A message will confirm your game has been activated.*
How do I re-install a purchased game?
To reinstall a game you've already purchased just download the trial version to your U3 smart drive. For instructions on downloading a game, please visit the How to download a game? section.Once you've downloaded the trial version, Run the game from your U3 device and choose to "Activate." You'll need to enter your License Name and Key Code to unlock the trial into the full unlimited version. You can find this information in your Purchase History area, under My Account.
To avoid errors, we recommend you copy (Ctrl + C) and paste (Ctrl + V) your Key Code into the field. Click OK and your game will activate.
How do I properly eject the device after quitting a game?
Do not pull the device out without properly ejecting the device . If you were to pull out the device while a game was running and not through a safe eject, the virtual registry file might be damaged so during the next insertion the game will not function properly (either fail to start or crash). If this happens, you will need to reinstall the game and reactivate it (if a purchase was performed). If your activation has been lost, please contact Big Fish Games support.What is Game Club?

Every four weeks, your credit card is billed automatically [$9.99 or $7.99 or $6.99] for one (1) Game credit. You use these pre-paid credits as currency to purchase your games. Casual Pack: 2 game minimum agreement ($9.99 per Game Credit)
Super Pack: 6 game minimum agreement ($7.99 per Game Credit)
Jumbo Pack: 12 game minimum agreement ($6.99 per Game Credit)
Depending on which pack you choose, you'll automatically be charged each month for one Game Club credit. Each charge drops a Game Club credit into your account which you can use to redeem any game on our site at any time.
Once you're a member, your credit card will be charged once a month automatically for a new Game Club credit until you've canceled, even after you've met your minimum obligation. For additional information please read the Terms of Use.
Your current Game Club credits can be found in your account under My Game Club.
Signing up for the Game Club
Becoming a Game Club member is easy! Just pick your pack and follow the easy checkout process to sign up and purchase your first Game Club Credit. You'll need to sign into your Big Fish Games' account, if you don't have an account you'll be required to create an account before you checkout. If you've canceled, you can reactive the account and purchase additional Game Club credits at any time. Once you reactive your account you'll be charged for a new Game Club credit and begin a new monthly billing cycle. A reactivated account does not have a minimum purchase agreement; you're able to reactivate and cancel your account whenever you'd like as many times as you'd like.
To reactive your account, select the "Reactivate now" option from My Game Club.
